Naming conventions used on http://pp.1on1withgod.org/

First two characters (sometimes 4 or 5 characters) represent the item itself and indicates whether a file on 
prepress is Leader's Guide (LG) related, Workbook (WB) related, BOTH or other.

Next word, seperated by underscore (_) indicates if the file is a Cover or a Book.  This word is always capitalized.

Next word, seperated by underscore (_) indicates front or back (if applicable) and is always lowercase.

Next word, seperated by underscore (_) indicates Language and is always capitalized.

The remaining characters, seperated by underscore (_) indicates LetterHalf (LH), (A5), (6x9) or (11x17).

Date stamps indicating the last revision date as the filesystem tracks all last modified dates automatically.

LG-NB_Cover_Back_Generic_A5.pdf (back should not be capitalized)
WB_book_French_LH_rev2008_11.pdf (Book should be capitalized, rev date not needed.)
LG12_Book_English_LetterHalf.pdf (LetterHalf should be specified LH)
